Gyumri Economic Development Foundation announces a competition to choose companies for the creation of the architectural sketch of Gyumri Technopark

Only licensed companies can take part in the competition. For participation companies should present the following materials:
• The description of activity of the company;
• The description of an operational experience of working group;
• Variant(s) of architectural sketches of technopark for the area in 15 and 50 hectares;
• Obligatory works for working out of the architectural sketch and it’s timetable;
• The estimate of expenses.
The participants of the competition are be qualified and estimated by the following criteria:
• Architectural decisions in sketches;
• Operational experience of people included in the working group;
• The working program and its terms;
• Project cost.
According to the results of the competition the commission chooses those companies which have shown the best suggestions corresponding to the above listed criteria. With the winner company will be concluded the contract for performance of following works:
• Discussion and updating of the offered variants and choice of the definitive version;
• On the basis of the definitive version, creation of two variants of architectural sketches;
• Organising professional and public discussion of two offered sketches;
• Choice of the definitive version of the sketch, its detailed elaboration and presentation;
• Creation of five minute telerollers with the description of a city Gyumri and the technopark sketch;
• Creation of the three-dimensional animation version of the sketch of technopark;
• Creation of a breadboard model of technopark.
The form and order of the competition is regulated by the legislation of Armenia. The participation of the competition is free of charge. Application forms for participation should be sent in envelopes in triplicate, one of which should be the original, the other two- copies. The offered materials are accepted only in the Armenian language.

Application deadline is 01.03.2010 y. at 1800. Envelopes will be opened in 02.03.2010 y. at 1200. The winner of the competition will be announced in 10.03.2010 y.
