Contract No. and Title:  OCB/G-02, Supply, delivery, and installation of irrigation systems

Deadline for Submission of Bids: September 29, 2026, at 15:00 hours (local time) 

1. The Ministry of Economy (MoE) of the Republic of Armenia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Armenia: Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project (CAFSEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The Ministry of Economy (MoE) of Republic of Armenia (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, delivery, and installation of irrigation systems.

3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

6. An electronic version of the Bidding Documents “OCB/G-02, Supply, delivery, and installation of irrigation systems” in English is available free of charge upon contacting the person indicated above.

7.     Deliver your bid:

• to the address Ministry of Economy (MoE) of the Republic of Armenia (5, Mher Mkrtchyan str., Yerevan, Armenia)
• on or before the deadline: September 29, 2026 at 15:00 hours (local time)  
• together with a Bid Security/Bid-Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document.

Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

8.     When comparing Bids, Domestic Preference will be applied as stipulated in the Bidding Document. N/A
